The Chamber of Commerce has created a scholarship to encourage and support medical students who are considering Family Medicine as a career choice. Since 2005 they have awarded $37,000.

Students in their final year of a Canadian Medical Program or in their first or second year of a Canadian Family Medicine Program are invited to apply for scholarships ranging from $2000 to $5000.
